Description

  • Monitoring NOC is currently observing live link 365 API is unresponsive.
  • Customer may observe timeout when they are trying to connect DI Live Link 365 API.
  • Support team is working to resolve this issue.

 

Note : There is no impact to MPLS customer due to this outage.

Resolution Comments

Support team is quickly able to recover the services and Now traffic has been resumed back to normal.
