Description

1. DI internal monitoring system currently observing queues built up for Salesforce S1 binds connections within the DI SMS 365 platform.

2. There will be potential delay in traffic.

           * From SDI towards SFMC

3. We are working with our support team to resolve this issue asap.

UPDATE

  • DR queues are cleared now, SDI monitoring NOC can still see S1 outbound queues towards SFMC.
  • Monitoring NOC received internal escalation mail related to “connection failures on our RX binds that connect to US4.”
  • Monitoring NOC engaged internal support group via call to resolve this issue asap.
  • We will continue to work with our support group to resolve this issue asap.

Resolution Comments

All queues are cleared now, and team will continue to investigate the cause of this issue.
