Description

  • Monitoring NOC observed queues for Salesforce DR traffic.
  • We confirm that there was no connectivity issue observed with any binds.
  • Traffic in queue is processing normally and we will provide an update on the progress made.

  • Salesforce DR queues built within our platform due to high traffic and queues are still processing.
  • Monitoring NOC will continue to monitor and update on the progress made.

UPDATE 25/04/2021 01:15Hrs

  • Salesforce DR queues built within our platform due to high traffic and queues are still processing.
  • Monitoring NOC will continue to monitor and update on the progress made.

Resolution Comments

  • All queues have been cleared and traffic is resumed back to normal.
  • Issue is currently resolved, and DI monitoring NOC will continue to monitor the traffic.
